Beau Flavin grew up in Lake Charles and returned home to Lake Charles in 2018 when he purchased his family’s Brokerage as a third-generation owner. He is a graduate of St. Louis Catholic High School and attended Our Lady Queen of Heaven in elementary and junior high. In 2020, Beau gained his General Contractor license and started Flavin Custom Homes. In his free time, Beau loves spending it with his wife Tricia and their ten children. If work and family do not keep him busy he also serves SWLA through various volunteer organizations like the St. Louis Catholic Advisory Board, and numerous other building committees and civic organizations. Thankful for his loving and growing community he looks forward to continuing to place his mark on SWLA and surrounding areas.
